Just to be sure I'm understanding the rules - at the beginning you mention that this is a great contest if we're writing paranormal, but later one of the rules specifies it is only for completed works. I'm still writing mine (at 60K words now) but have a fairly worked over through crit group first couple chapters, but I'm not going to enter because the emphasis weighs more heavily on the 'completed work' sentence. Please comment to the contrary if it's open to works we're still writing...
